RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Please ensure you read the description and full measurements before committing to your purchase. I am always able to provide further measurements and photos if requested.

DOMESTIC & EUROPEAN UNION ORDERS
How does it work:
Reach out to the store via the "contact us" tab, via Instagram @hazelrey_vintage or e-mail at hazelreyvintage@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item and we will provide you with instructions for sending it back.

As for your return, you have either store credit or refund options:
STORE CREDIT OPTION:

100% store credit via a personal discount code. You can apply the code to your next order or at our pop-ups and the amount will be automatically deducted. (Both Domestic & European Union Orders)
REFUND OPTION:

Domestic orders: Amount refund (product price + shipping price) minus 24% tax on the returned items.

European Union orders: Amount refund (Total paid minus the shipping price)

IMPORTANT NOTE
- Item(s) must be sent back within 7 days, with tracking, and received in their original condition in order for a refund / store credit to be processed.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value regarding the refund and store credit.
- Please note that SALE items are not eligible for return!
- We can't offer you an exchange for any vintage items as they are each one-of-a-kind.

Refund:
Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - countries OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
Unfortunately, starting from January 2022, we are not able anymore to accept returns/refunds from countries outside the European Union. The new customs regulations make it extremely costly with additional fees on the returning products. Feel free to send us a message prior to your purchase if you are based outside of the EU.
