RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If an item just isn't right for you (it happens sometimes, we know!), you can return it.
Please ensure you read the description before committing to your purchase and I am always able to provide further measurements and photos if requested.
How does it work:
Reach out to the store via the "contact us" tab or e-mail at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving the item and we will provide you with instructions for sending it back.
As for your return, you have 2 options:
100% store credit via a personal discount code. You can apply the code to your next order and the amount will be automatically deducted.
Full amount refund minus the initial shipping cost.
Item(s) must be sent back within 7 days, with tracking, and received in their original condition in order for a refund / store credit to be processed. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
**Please note that SALE items are not eligible for return!
**We can't offer you an exchange for any vintage items as they are each one-of-a-kind.

Please ensure you clearly label all returns as RETURNED GOODS to avoid any customs/duty. As a small business, we are unable to absorb these costs and if you fail to label returns correctly you will be liable for any associated duty/customs charges.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
