RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If an item just isn't right for you (it happens sometimes, we know!), you can return it.
Please ensure you read the description before committing to your purchase and I am always able to provide further measurements and photos if requested.
How does it work:
Reach out to the store via the "contact us" tab or e-mail at hazelreyvintage@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item and we will provide you with instructions for sending it back.

As for your return, you have 2 options:

100% store credit via a personal discount code. You can apply the code to your next order or at our pop-ups and the amount will be automatically deducted.

Full amount refund (product price + shipping price) minus 24% tax on the returned items.

Item(s) must be sent back within 7 days, with tracking, and received in their original condition in order for a refund / store credit to be processed. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

**Please note that SALE items are not eligible for return!
**We can't offer you an exchange for any vintage items as they are each one-of-a-kind.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Unfortunately, we can no longer accept returns outside of the European Union.

Refund:
Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
